Full job description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate individual wanting to become a Pizza Chef to join our team with availability midweeks as well as weekends. You will play a key role in our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand stretch pizza dough in a high speed open kitchen
Prepare and cook pizza in our gas pizza oven
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Work efficiently as part of a team, liasing with the front of house department during evenings
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Label and store food items properly
Assistance with creating our charcuterie boards, and other menu items when neccesary
Assist in all areas of the kitchen

Requirements:

Passion for pizza and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate

Availability & Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday
Primarily evening shifts
