About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the delivery of a professional, efficient, and engaging recruitment service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
You’ll play a key part in coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance with legislation, and supporting continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Coordinate recruitment activity in line with policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs

Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey, using effective communication at every stage

Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements

Support process improvements by working collaboratively with the wider HR and onboarding teams

Provide regular updates on recruitment campaigns to stakeholders

Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative HR team culture

- Experience working in a busy administrative environment

Desirable:
- Experience in recruitment or HR

Knowledge of HR systems

Understanding of safeguarding and compliance in education

CIPD Level 3 or relevant qualification
