Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with the management of lettings enquiries and viewings, ensuring a professional client experience
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to facilitate property viewings and negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and client interactions
- Conduct administrative tasks such as updating databases, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Contribute to marketing activities to promote available properties through various channels
- Property and site inspections on requests
- Provide general support to the lettings team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for engaging with clients and team members
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a diverse client base
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property industry and negotiation processes
