Full job description

Due to the success of our team and our growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a Sales Co-Ordinator based at our Altrincham office.

The salary for this role is £27,500.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Hybrid working of 2 days at home per week is available subject to training/probation.

The Role:

Respond to emails and administrative requests promptly and professionally
Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the Sales team and agency customers
Produce and maintain reports using Excel and other internal systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system
Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the Sales team
Assist with requests from recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues, sales contacts and recruitment agencies
Contribute positively to the team and demonstrate company values in daily work

The Person:

Good organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional and positive approach to dealing with colleagues and customers
Ability to follow processes and learn new systems quickly
Reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Proactive approach to completing tasks and resolving issues, with support where required

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Administration/Co-Ordinator experience, ideally in a Sales environment

Progression:

Professional qualification financial support with up to 6 days paid study leave for professional qualifications
Training and personal development
