Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of 30 hours or a split role of one Service delivery manager and one Funding, reporting, marketing officer for Family Friends. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for managing staff, securing funding, reporting and ensuring the smooth operation of various project deliveries within Family Friends. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community through effective programme management and relationship building.

Duties

Secure funding for continuous sustainability of the organisation
Develop, implement, and oversee programmes designed to enhance family engagement and community support.
Manage staff, families, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure professional service delivery.
Support staff, families and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and positive well being to meet objectives.
Ensure service delivery, income , expenditure and targets are all on track and accurate .
Prepare reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project delivery.
Organise community events and network to raise Family Friends profile and raise funds.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
Experience in project management and working or understanding the third sector
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across diverse groups.
Previous experience working with families or within community development is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, organised, and committed to strengthening the organisation, staff, families and volunteers they work with in Wrexham

Pay: £35,745.00-£43,403.00 per year
