Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this paid role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, proactively engaging with prospects to generate interest and qualify leads. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help expand our customer base and support our growth in the global tech resale industry.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound B2B sales calls and conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients
Qualify inbound inquiries and assess customer needs to determine sales opportunities
Use Salesforce and CRM software to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines
Develop compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences in English h
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up plans
Document all activities accurately, ensuring data integrity within CRM systems

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within tech or related industries
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
