Full job description

Property Acquisition & Management Assistant

We are a growing Airbnb and short-term rental management company looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team on a self-employed basis.

This is a flexible part-time role of around 10 hours per week, ideal for someone with experience in property, lettings, sales or customer service who enjoys building relationships and being hands-on with property management.

The Role

You will help us grow our portfolio by sourcing and onboarding new properties, while also supporting with landlord communication and day-to-day property management tasks.

Responsibilities

Identifying and approaching potential landlords and property owners
Explaining our Airbnb/short-term rental management service
Onboarding new properties onto our management portfolio
Acting as a point of contact for landlords
Assisting with property inspections
Supporting with general property management duties
Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships

Pay Structure

Monthly retainer to be agreed depending on experience
£300 commission for every new property onboarded that remains with us for a minimum of 3 months

We currently manage around 50 properties and are continuing to grow. Once the company portfolio reaches 60 managed properties, your monthly retainer will increase by 25%.

Your retainer will then continue to increase by a further 25% for every additional 10 properties added to the management portfolio thereafter

The role is expected to require approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility around working days and hours.

Property, lettings or Airbnb experience preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred

Location

Flexible / field-based role. Some travel for property visits and landlord meetings may be required.
