Are you an experienced Administration Assistant, Office Administrator, Receptionist or Office Support professional looking for your next opportunity? Our Administration Assistant (Internal Audit & Front of House) role offers a varied position where you'll support key business functions while acting as a professional first point of contact for colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.
You'll play an important role in supporting the Internal Audit team while helping ensure the smooth day to day running of reception and front of house activities across the business.
- Provide administrative support to the Internal Audit team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation and maintaining records
- Support audit planning, reporting activities and the tracking of actions and deadlines
- Manage confidential information, databases and reporting logs with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor management, refreshments and general office administration
- Deliver a professional front of house experience for visitors, staff and external contacts
About You
You're highly organised, enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take pride in delivering excellent service. Whether your background is in administration, reception, office support or customer service, you'll bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or reception role
- GCSEs, or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure
