Security Operations Manager Sovereign SOC
Full-time onsite in Birmingham
Are you ready to lead in one of the most demanding and rewarding security environments in the UK? We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sovereign Security Operations Centre (SOC), housed in a large, dedicated facility designed for resilience and scale. Youll serve prominent UK organizations with premium listings and stringent security requirements.

- Drive Operational Performance: Oversee service delivery, incident response, and operational efficiency within established frameworks.
- Strategic Oversight: Balance hands-on technical engagement with high-level planning to maintain a robust security posture.
- Innovate Under Pressure: Navigate complex threat landscapes and regulatory requirements while ensuring high availability of services.

- Need to be SC eligible - been living in the UK for the past 4 years consistently, not been outside for more than 6 months.
