Join a Growing Building Contractor

We are an established Folkestone-based building contractor delivering high-quality work, specialising in house extensions, loft conversions, renovations, roofing and commercial refurbishment throughout South East Kent.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced Multi Trader.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of works to extensions, loft conversions, repair, and refurbishment works across domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a range of building and finishing works, including:

First & Second Fix Carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, stud walls)
General plumbing repairs and installations (pipework, radiator changes)
Patch plastering and tiling
Painting, decorating and high-quality finishing
Mastic application and snagging works
General building maintenance and repairs
Working safely with power tools and maintaining clean, organised work areas
Delivering a high standard of workmanship while working independently or as part of a team

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Minimum 10 years' proven experience as a Multi Trader or all-round construction operative
Excellent knowledge across multiple trades
Own hand and power tools required
Full PPE
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude

Desirable:

CSCS Card
Background in carpentry, plumbing or drylining
