We currently have a vacancy for a part time Librarian to work 11.25 hours (0.30 FTE) per week.
Work patten: Monday 2.15 - 6pm - Friday 9.45 - 1.30pm and Saturday 9.15 - 1pm
About you
We are seeking a motivated and community-focused individual with experience of working in a public library setting and a clear commitment to the valuable role libraries play within local communities. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, confidence in the use of digital technologies and library systems, and the flexibility to work across a range of locations if required, including evenings and weekends. An awareness of current developments within public library services, together with experience of planning and delivering activities for adults and children, will be advantageous. As a Librarian, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality library services across our libraries and will lead on reader development.
