Specialist Orthodontist / Dentist with Special Interest in Orthodontics
We are a large, well-established NHS and private dental practice with a strong reputation, extensive patient base, and multiple clinical specialties under one roof. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to develop and expand our private orthodontic offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Orthodontist to build a fully private orthodontic diary within a practice that already benefits from substantial patient footfall, strong internal referrals, and an established network of external referring dentists.
We are seeking a clinician who is motivated to grow a long-term private orthodontic service, with a particular interest in comprehensive orthodontics and complex aligner treatment.
The Opportunity
- Fully private orthodontic role
- Initially one session per month, with the intention of increasing sessions as the diary grows
- Opportunity to build and shape the orthodontic service from the ground up
- Significant patient base within the practice to support growth
- Strong in-house referral pathways from multiple specialties, including restorative, implant, oral surgery, and general dentistry
- Established external referral relationships with local dental practitioners
- Clinical freedom to provide the most appropriate treatment solutions for patients
- Opportunity to treat a wide range of private orthodontic cases, including complex aligner treatments

About You
- GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist or Dentist with a recognised Special Interest in Orthodontics
- Experienced in delivering private orthodontic treatment
- Confident managing complex aligner cases
- Passionate about patient care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes
- Motivated to build and develop a private orthodontic diary
- Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with referring colleagues and patients
- A team player who values multidisciplinary treatment planning
