Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive our business growth via our new trade desk by establishing strong relationships with clients and expanding our market presence. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us achieve our sales targets while providing valuable solutions to our clients. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect for new B2B (business-to-business) clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Manage a designated territory by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records of client interactions.
Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client needs are met and foster repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office, and mobile communication platforms.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
