Who are You?

- You're keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the AGM and General Manager to achieve The Old Frizzle's KPIs and budgets.
- Other qualities we value are a collaborative way of working, idea sharing and great decision making.
- You’ll bring with you your previous relevant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience in a £20k + pub or restaurant.
- Our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor experience. Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.
This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside the AGM and General Manager to deliver the very best of hospitality to our Wimbledon community.
What we are offering
A competitive salary of ££31,394 - £35k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5.5K making OTE £36,984 - £40,500
Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan - £700 a quarter bonus pot
