You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing communications, bringing fresh thinking to campaigns & retail marketing materials.

Made up of 5 websites & 29 retail stores, ECIGW is now one of the largest stockists of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids in the UK and Europe

What You’ll Do

Development of monthly email calendars
Planning & delivering web, email and display advertising campaigns
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, member communications, and our loyalty scheme members.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Forecast growth and report ROI for marketing campaigns.
Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and web technologies
Monitoring competitors’ digital campaigns
Close dialogue with sales, head office, customer service and business partners
Seek new ways to drive traffic to the site and opportunities to increase conversions
Supporting retail stores and partners with marketing materials
Undertake ad hoc projects in line with the business strategic agenda

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Able to prioritise, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment, take initiative to achieve results, meet short deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience performing post activity reviews and delivering detailed analysis to the business.
High levels of self-motivation with a sense of urgency

Desirable

Knowledge of the e-cigarette industry
Familiar with Klaviyo, Shopify and other online platforms
Experience managing loyalty programs.
