Who we are?

We are currently recruiting for an Community Outreach Bank Worker, committed to providing a high standard of support to all who access our charities services.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an organisation that has been championing people and their mental health across the local community since 2012.

For many people across the Somerset area, we have provided a vital lifeline by encouraging mental health recovery and well-being through our workshops and activities.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate and passionate about building fair, safe and inclusive opportunities for our local community.

What will you do and what we are looking for?

The Community Outreach Bank Support Worker will deliver support to meet the needs of individual clients within the local community, in line with their support plan and consistent with the policies, ethos and objectives of Heads Up Somerset.

What we offer?

: Wells and Mendip area

: £13.12 per hour

15 hours a week to be worked by one bank worker or shared with several bank workers.
