Location: Flexible Hybrid Role (Home & On-Site)
Pay: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour DOE
Hours: 15 hours per week initially

This Is Not A Typical Admin Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and ambitious person to become a key part of our award-winning landscaping business.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting to be told what to do next.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, improving systems and making things happen.
You will work directly alongside the business owner as a trusted right-hand person, helping support the day-to-day running and future growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing Executive & Business Support
- Diary management and appointments
- Booking hotels, travel and accommodation
- Researching products, suppliers and services
- Supporting the director with personal and business administration
Finance & Commercial Support
- Raising quotations and invoices
- Reconciling payments in Xero
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Preparing payroll information
- Supporting cashflow management
- Monitoring project costs and profitability
- Working alongside our accountant and finance team
Operations & Recruitment
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Building supplier relationships
- Supporting project scheduling and planning
- Managing recruitment adverts and applicants
- Assisting with onboarding new team members
- Keeping projects, paperwork and systems organised
Business Improvement
- Creating and improving systems and SOPs
- Using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve efficiency
- Identifying problems before they become issues
- Helping build a more efficient and scalable business
Who We're Looking For
You must be:

- Someone who naturally finds solutions rather than problems
Experience with Xero, Microsoft 365 and Excel is highly desirable.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT would be a significant advantage.
