About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Management Assistant to support our Project Managers with the day-to-day administration of electrical contracting projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting with general office administration.
Key Responsibilities Project Administration
- Assist Project Managers with the administration of multiple electrical projects.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain project documentation.
- Update project trackers, schedules, and records.
- Monitor project correspondence and ensure documents are filed correctly.
- Assist with compiling operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation.
General Administration
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Manage diaries, meetings & appointments for Project Managers
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
Client and Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project documentation and scheduling.
- Process purchase orders and assist with invoice administration.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
Skills and Experience Essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- High level of attention to detail.

Pay: £26,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
