Bio Response is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a varied role working across the South of the UK carrying out specialist cleaning services in residential and commercial properties.
Main Duties
- Sparkle cleaning of newly completed properties
- Cleaning of void properties
- Builders cleans on construction and refurbishment sites
- Clearance and deep cleaning of void properties
- Occasional trauma and biohazard cleaning work
- Working safely and professionally in sensitive environments
- Travelling to different locations across the South of the UK
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel
- Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet manner
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided
