Overview
We are a busy and well-established estate agency in Winchester looking for a reliable and organised Saturday Office Assistant to support our team.

Location: Winchester
Hours: Every Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (includes 30 min lunch break)
Position: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls
Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times
Booking and managing appointments
General administrative duties
Supporting the sales and lettings team as needed
Ensuring the office runs smoothly on Saturdays

About You:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and approachable manner
Well organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and office systems
Previous office or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
