Full job description

Overview
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced field service engineer who is comfortable being on the road and friendly in the customer environment?

Do you have technical experience in electrical and mechanical engineering?

Are you able to think on their feet and able to fix and solve technical problems?

A Field Engineer required for a established growing company who provide and service coffee machines for a vast range of commercial customers in the hospitality industry. We offer comprehensive training on the relevant machines.

The Field Engineer will be working to an allocated service route and attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installation work. The successful candidate will be required to complete service documentation and maintain levels of stock.

The company service every major type of traditional coffee machine including grinders and hot water bunn.

The Coffee Machine Engineer Role:

Installation and maintenance of coffee machines
Planned maintenance and Reactive breakdown work
Field service role in and around London and Hampshire also covering Dorset, Essex, Sussex, Surrey and the surrounding areas.
Monday to Friday with a requirement to work some overtime and 1 in 4 weekends within an on-call rota basis.

The Coffee Machine Engineer - Experience and Skills

Clean driving Licence
Able to demonstrate strong electrical skills and basic mechanics.
Ideally transfer from a coffee machine service/repair background (but not mandatory)
Must be flexible in your approach to travel and working hours
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
