Jacqueline Webb & Co is the UK's leading provider of expert care reports to solicitors. About the role

We are looking for a full-time, office-based Accounts Assistant / Office Coordinator to join our 25-person team. This is a role which combines several different responsibilities and will appeal to anyone who likes variety in their working day. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is well organised and enjoys working with numbers as well as generally looking after the office team. Although prior experience of accounts is not essential, candidates will exhibit an impeccable eye for detail and a conscientious work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with bookkeeping and processing sage invoices.
Using Sage 50 and our bespoke case management system (no prior experience required).
Managing all aspects of our office facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Maintaining the servicing and fulfilment schedule for all office-related equipment and supplies.
Responding to email enquiries on the accounts desk.
Providing general support to the team.

What we offer

Starting salary of £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (fully office-based).
The chance to earn up to 5 additional days holiday per year.
Casual dress code each day.

Generous pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
Profit share bonuses during the year up to £5,000.
