Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our reputable team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of high-quality projects throughout Cumbria. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of electrical tasks including first and second fix installations, inspection and testing, commissioning, and wiring of heating systems and air source heat pumps.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in line with current electrical regulations
- Carry out routine inspections and testing of installations
- Undertake wiring and testing of heating systems and air source heat pumps
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards
- Maintain accurate daily records of work completed
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working as an Electrician or in a similar role
- Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations and safe working practices
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
- Full, clean driving license
