We’re looking for a Park Warden to become a key part of our team – someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and loves creating great experiences for people.
As a Park Warden, you’ll be at the heart of daily life on the park. From greeting guests with a smile to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll help create the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that makes Wild Rose so special.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, safety, and light maintenance – perfect for someone who enjoys no two days being the same.
Duties will include:
- Be a friendly, visible presence around the park, offering help and support to guests and owners
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued
- Carry out regular patrols to ensure the park remains safe, secure, and well-presented
- Support the enforcement of park guidelines in a professional and approachable way
- Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks to keep the park looking its best
- Spot and report any issues, coordinating with the maintenance team where needed
- Keep clear and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities
- Share updates with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Skills Required:
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for great customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Basic maintenance skills (or a willingness to learn)
