We are a small independent retail lifestyle business requiring help as the accounts load is becoming busier.
We need some one fully conversant in Sage accounts and payroll (we are open to changing software).
We only need 7hrs per week at present, but this may grow (some flexibility over work day)
Organized, positive personality needed.
Must be methodical and able to work without supervision and to deadlines.
The business is a vat registered Ltd company so must have ability to submit VAT returns.
Experience of working in a financial capacity is essential.
We ideally want someone to work on a freelance basis so this may suit a freelance bookkeeper who wants an additional client.
Examples of tasks: recording shop and internet sales, recording supplier invoices and expenses, preparing supplier payments, bank reconciliations, vat returns, assistance with payroll may be required.

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
