We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4-on 4-off basis. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.

What you'll be doing
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring your team are working collaboratively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating warehouse activities including picking, inbound and outload operations.
- Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
- Having coaching conversations to improve safety and compliance
- Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity
- Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
- Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
- Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Previous warehouse coordination and supervisory experience required
