We are looking for tutors who can do more than simply teach content. We want individuals who can inspire students, communicate clearly, and represent the modern face of education.
The Role
We are hiring tutors across a range of subjects including:
- Maths
- English
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Science
- Other GCSE & A-Level subjects
As a TutorBook tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons
- Support students academically and build confidence
- Explain difficult concepts in a simple and effective way
- Adapt teaching styles to different learners
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment
- Potentially contribute to educational videos, online sessions, and social media content
This role is ideal for confident and ambitious individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to be part of a growing education company with a modern approach.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in the subjects you teach
- Grade 8/9s at GCSE (or equivalent A/A*) in relevant subjects
- Further study of the subject at A-Level, university, or equivalent
- MUST BE: Confident, Energetic and Comfortable being on camera for recorded lessons, online educational content and promotional videos
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, professional, approachable and lively personality
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in tutors who are:
- Energetic and engaging
- Confident speaking in front of groups
- Comfortable being involved in online content or educational videos
- Strong communicators with a modern teaching style
- Able to connect well with students and keep lessons interactive
Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is preferred.

Pay: £14.00-£28.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Luton, Bedfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
