Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your negotiation skills and drive business growth across various sectors.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively
Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximise mutual benefit while maintaining company standards
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address customer queries promptly
Plan and manage daily schedules efficiently to optimise client meetings and minimise travel time
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Experience

Proven experience in B2C sales or field sales roles is highly desirable
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficient driving skills with a valid licence for travelling within assigned territories
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism
