As a Care Quality Specialist, you will:
- Visit and review care providers
- Produce reports and support providers with follow-up actions
- Maintain recording systems and processes

You will bring enthusiasm, a positive ‘can do’ approach, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people who use services, even in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
You will be well suited to this role if you have experience in adult social care, quality assurance, provider oversight or a related setting, and are confident producing clear written reports, working collaboratively with others, and supporting improvement in a constructive and professional way.
About the team: We are part of the Adult Safeguarding & Community Safety Directorate. Our team is led by a supportive Team Manager and made up of experienced Care Quality Officers who are passionate about making a difference, alongside fantastic support from our team administrator. We work closely together, value each other’s strengths, and share a real commitment to improving care quality. Through strong partnerships and a collaborative approach, we help providers deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.
