We're seeking a confident, customer-focused individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Moderator & Customer Service Advisor.
This is a varied role combining customer service responsibilities with live social media moderation. You'll play an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and TikTok Live.
As part of the role, you'll help moderate our TikTok Live sessions, engage with viewers, answer questions, and ensure a positive and welcoming environment for our online community.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide friendly, professional, and accurate advice to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care.
TikTok Live Moderation
- Moderate TikTok Live sessions in real time.
- Respond to viewer questions and comments.
- Enforce community guidelines and remove inappropriate content where required.
- Support hosts during live broadcasts.
- Identify common customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for viewers.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced online environment.
- Has strong attention to detail and good judgement.
- Can remain professional when handling challenging situations.
- Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Has a good understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Desirable
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience moderating live streams, social media communities, or online forums.
- Experience using CRM or customer support systems.
