Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour (£41,134 annually)
Hours: 48 per week - Monday – Thursday 06.45 am – 17:00 pm, Friday 6:45 am – 13.45 am

Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee security services at our Radway Green site. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving high performance across your team while maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance.
The role includes responsibility for responding to out-of-hours emergency calls, ensuring urgent issues such as blow-outs and critical incidents are managed effectively and without delay.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of security operations across the Radway Green site, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing security team, promoting a positive and professional culture.

Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, and training requirements.

Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues where required.

Oversee the accurate reporting, investigation, and management of incidents, activations, and security-related events.

Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members, supporting performance management and succession planning initiatives.

Manage staffing levels, rostering, and resource allocation to meet contractual and operational requirements.

Maintain accurate assignment instructions, risk assessments, site records, and operational documentation.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and providing regular operational reports to the Account Manager.

Support the achievement of operational KPIs, cost control objectives, and provide an effective out-of-hours emergency response for urgent incidents and critical events.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven experience in a senior security management role.

Solid 5 year checkable work history
-
Must be a born British Citizen or held British Passport for min 5 years.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Valid SIA Licence (essential).

Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.

Strong understanding of SHE, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

Flexibility to respond to out-of-hours emergency calls when required.
