To deliver projects on budget and review risks and opportunities to eliminate impact throughout the project life cycle.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
· Provide Administrative Support to the Commercial Team
· Assisting in monitoring budgets and preparation of monthly reporting documents
related to commercial projects
· Processing of purchase orders
· Processing of invoices
Duties
Maintenance and delivery of the stated profits and margins on each project.
Effective communication with internal and external customers.
Contribute to meeting client satisfaction requirements.
Project governance and controls aligned with those of the wider business.
Work closely with project delivery (PMO), technical, procurement and proposals teams.
Maintain documentation in line with auditors requirements
Assist with project procurement in connection with procurement and tendering activities
Assist with tender documentation generation - pre and post contract
Assist with the commercial reporting, forecasting, risk and opportunity management by the creation of monthly PFSRs
Assist with submitting monthly project performance document
Assist with maintaining subcontractor commitment tracker
Assist with maintaining invoicing plans
Purchase order placement (Procurement Authorisation Form) and commercial & financial management via APUK’s internal IFS system.
Creating and sending out invoices
Receipting of invoices against purchase orders
Assist with the tracking of subcontractor payments in liaison with the PMO and finance department

Essential:
Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Software (Word and Excel).

Previous experience in an administrative position.
Desirable:
Construction/finance related qualification or working towards

Pay: £24,454.00-£24,454.04 per year
