Job description :

As a complex care carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries. You will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver personalised care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Required: previous experience with working with children, challenging behaviour,

Autism, ADHD and Epilepsy etc

Responsibilities :

· Provide assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility

· Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed

· Monitor vital signs and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals

· Assist with meal preparation, feeding and nutritional support

· Support clients with therapy exercises and rehabilitation programmes

· Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

· Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the clients condition

· Collaborate with healthcare professional, including nurses, doctors, and therapist, to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

· Previous experience in care or a related field preferred

· Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
