Location: Sites all over North West (Head office Warrington)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About Us

We are a growing roofing company committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Care Operative to join our team and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to project completion. We work for house builders all over the North West

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and online enquiries professionally.
Schedule roofing inspections, quotations, and installation appointments.
Keep customers updated on project progress and timelines.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Short duration ladder work

Requirements

Experience within the roofing and construction industry is essential
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Must hold a valid CSCS card
PASMA accreditation is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Previous experience in customer service or customer care is an advantage
Able to organise cherry pickers / scaffolding when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
