Position: Customer Success Manager Location: The Wirral Salary: £25,000 per year

About Print Logic: Print Logic is a leading provider of managed print services to businesses across Merseyside and beyond. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative printing solutions, we have established ourselves as an industry leader. As a Customer Account Liaison, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our valued B2B contract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to current B2B contract customers to understand their needs and assess their satisfaction with our services.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that align with customer requirements.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to provide insights that drive customer success and loyalty.
Pass sales leads on to the account managers.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, able to engage and converse at all levels of an organization.
Intelligent and quick thinker, capable of understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is advantageous.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
