Trainee Dental Nurse – Advanced Private Clinic

Location: Pall Mall, London (Fully Private Clinic)

The Opportunity

Are you an ambitious, trainee Dental Nurse with a drive for self-improvement? Pall Mall Advanced Dental is looking for an energetic professional to join our modern, forward-thinking clinic.

We are a family-owned, fully private clinic specializing in extensive and complex treatments, including Orthodontics, Implants, and Aesthetic Dentistry. We pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge of the industry; our clinic is fully digital, equipped with Trios scanners, CBCT, and in-clinic digital design/3D printing.

The Role

This is a dynamic role that combines high-level clinical support with patient-facing professional duties.

Specialist Assistance: Support our clinicians in complex implant, orthodontic, and aesthetic procedures.
Digital Integration: Utilise state-of-the-art digital tools, including Trios scanners and CBCT, as part of a modern clinical workflow.
Patient Care: Take ownership of the patient journey, ensuring a world-class experience for every individual.
Clinic Operations: Handle reception duties with a professional and amiable approach, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
Autonomy: Work independently and without direction, taking pride in the reliability and quality of your work.

Requirements

Must already be enrolled with a training provider/ college.
At least 6 months experience Dental Nursing.
Digital Literacy: Comfortable and competent with computers; experience with SOE (Exact) is highly preferable.
Attitude: A "can-do" approach to new challenges and a deep commitment to patient care.
Independence: A self-starter who is reliable, dependable, and able to work without constant direction.
Experience: Previous experience in a private dental setting is a major advantage.
Professionalism: An amiable, professional manner when dealing with patients and managing front-of-house tasks.
