The Role : You will assist with the unique blend of sports coaching and creative sessions, maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for primary-aged children. You will be responsible for bringing our pre-prepared lesson plans to life with your own enthusiastic and "bubbly" energy.
Key Duties
- Lead Diverse Activities: Deliver high-energy sessions including Multi-Sports, Football, Drama, Arts & Crafts, and niche themes like "Mad Labs" Science or "Nature Detectives".
- Safety & Health Awareness: Oversee the well-being of all participants, applying basic knowledge of anatomy to promote safe physical activity and injury prevention.
- Inclusion & Engagement: Use positive reinforcement to manage groups and provide tailored support for all children .
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily registers, maintain equipment, and sign children in/out safely while providing meaningful feedback to parents.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A background in sports coaching, teaching, or childcare is highly desirable.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a "can-do" attitude.
- Compliance (Essential):
- PVG Scheme Membership (Scottish requirement).
- First Aid and Child Protection/Safeguarding certifications.
- Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with school staff and parents, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.

Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour
