Location: Hamilton Business Unit
Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent
Work Pattern: 4 days a week, WK1 Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5.15pm, WK2 Tuesday 7.30am - 5.15pm
Salary / Hourly Rate: £37,702 - £38,779

Housing and Technical Resources require a Technical Assistant to join the Maintenance Team at Hamilton Business Unit to assist in the delivery of the property maintenance and technical advisory services relative to the maintenance and development of the Council’s housing portfolio.

The successful candidate will hold a SVQ Level 2/3 qualification in an appropriate discipline, time-served, or equivalent relevant experience.

To carry out this role effectively you must have the ability to travel to our various locations throughout South Lanarkshire.
