We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our internal admin team. The successful candidate will have a variety of roles which may include working on our internal bookkeeping, undertaking client payrolls and other administrative duties including overseeing our admin team. The successful candidate is dependable, organised and reliable and can work independently or as part of a team.

This employment is within a busy, established accounting firm and previous experience in a financial role or environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Supporting our admin team with their workflow and organising
Post receipts, invoices, and other financial documents to accounting software
Verify and record transactions and payments in the accounting software
Be an active part of our internal admin team undertaking a wide variety of roles important to the running of our business
Prepare payroll for a number of clients
Communicating with the directors on the internal running of the firm

Although on the job training will be provided to engage you to assist you in your responsibilities, this job does not currently offer college based training.

To be considered for the role you must have strong organisational skills. You must possess the following key skills:

Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word
Have an ability to learn quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Works well within a team
Good attention to detail

This position will be working full time in the office based in Eastbourne.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
