We’re looking for a passionate and caring individual to become a vital part of our close-knit residential care team in our 20 bed Dementia Care Home in Battle, East Sussex.

Your Role

As a valued Care Team Member, you’ll:

Deliver skilled and compassionate care, ensuring our residents feel safe, valued, and respected.
Engage residents in meaningful activities and one-to-one interactions—whether it’s a chat over tea, a walk in the garden, or group events that uplift and support emotional wellbeing.
Plan and record both immediate and long-term needs for our residents.
Support quality assurance programs and maintain CQC standards of care.
Collaborate with the Registered Home Manager to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
Help manage the home’s premises, ensuring tidiness and safety during your shift.
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by your Manager from time to time, which they consider necessary to maintain the smooth running of the home.

The Details

Full-Time Contract: Minimum of 36 hours per week.
Day Shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Includes a share of weekend shifts.
Expected flexibility to work extra hours for holiday or sickness cover.
Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for overseas applicants.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or above is ideal but not essential – we’re happy to support your growth!
