This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating engaging content, supporting our digital marketing activities, and helping manage customer enquiries across multiple platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Creative Social Content
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Capture photos and videos of new vehicle arrivals, customer handovers, behind-the-scenes activities and dealership events.
- Edit short-form video content and graphics for social media campaigns.
- Help develop content calendars and marketing ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify trends to improve performance.
Customer Lead Management
- Respond promptly to online customer enquiries.
- Qualify and manage leads from our website, social media and advertising platforms.
- Ensure customer information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to allocate and follow up customer enquiries.
- Help monitor lead conversion and customer response times.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for cars, social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Happy to be on camera & well presented
- Is confident using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has basic photography or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar is a bonus).
- Is comfortable speaking with customers both online and over the phone.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
- Loyal, hardworking, enthusiastic, team player and approachable
