We are a recovery based service supporting people over the age of 18 with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
- As a mental health support worker, you will support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person-centred planning
- You will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach and act as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available
- As a mental health support worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
