Operations Managers & Crew Members Full-time & Part-time | Saffron Walden + Events Across the UK

We’re not just slinging tacos. We’re building something.

HoTaco started with a dream, a V8-powered truck and a slightly unhealthy obsession with proper tacos. Now we’re travelling the UK serving festivals, weddings, private events and feeding large numbers of hungry people.

We’re growing fast and need good people around us.

One day you might be serving tacos to hundreds of people at a festival, the next you’re on the road with the crew heading somewhere completely different.

We’re looking for:

Operations Managers
People who can take ownership, lead a team and keep things moving without needing someone standing over their shoulder.

Crew Members
People who work hard, stay positive and can keep up when things get busy.

Bonus points if you’re the type that notices something needs doing and just gets on with it.

What you’ll be doing

Food prep and cooking
Serving customers
Driving to events and festivals
Setting up and packing down
Keeping standards high
General day-to-day graft

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 days availability per week
Weekend availability is essential
Driving licence is preferred
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work under pressure
Positive attitude and good energy
Hospitality experience is great but not essential
