Full job description

Fabricator/ Welder

JOB REFERENCE: HJS-FW0626

If you enjoy fabrication work and want a role with different jobs each week, this is a good fit. You’ll work on new builds, including repairs and alterations to trailers, tankers, hoppers, conveyors, and more.

Location: Sutton-on-Trent, NG23 6RT

Working Hours: 7am – 4pm + daily overtime after 8 hours

Pay: Up to £17.25 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Cutting, drilling and preparing steelwork
Working from engineering drawings or verbal instructions
Producing quality MIG welds (TIG is an advantage)
Following workshop procedures and recording job details
Keeping your work area clean and safe

What You’ll Bring

A solid fabrication background
Ability to work from engineering drawings
Experience in MIG welding
TIG experience helpful but not essential
Apprenticeship/NVQ trained or agricultural repair experience preferred
Good communication and teamwork

Monday – Friday overtime after 8 hours paid at time and a half
