We are looking for a new team member who has a keen eye for detail, works well within a team environment, but equally can arrange and prioritise their own workload.
About the role
The role pulls together a variety of different skill sets which are required in order to successfully achieve results for both clients, whether they are landlords or tenants, contractors, and third parties, as well as internally within the business.
Duties to include
· Answer queries via the phone, in person, and by email.
· Arrange viewing appointments and carry out viewings.
· Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
· Landlord & Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants & landlords and address any concerns or issues promptly.
· Contractor Management: Select, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the efficient operation of the properties.
· Maintenance Co-ordination: Respond to maintenance issues as they arise, promptly and efficiently, instructing appropriate contractors in accordance with landlords’ or Directors’ wishes. Manage and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for properties. Ensure that all work is completed on time whilst maintaining high standards of quality. Carry out property visits as required and oversee mid-term inspections, queries and follow up.
· Compliance: Ensure that properties comply with all statutory regulations.

· A calm approachable manner when dealing with landlords, contractors, and tenants.
· A willingness to learn all aspects of the Lettings industry and cover for staff absences.
· Confidence whilst working under time sensitive and high-volume workloads.
· Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
· Full UK driving licence

A full clean driving licence is required. ARLA Qualified preferred.
