With 45 years of award-winning, fully accredited service, we handle the largest projects while remaining true to our origins as a family business. For over 25 years, we have specialised in plumbing and heating services for extensive projects involving hundreds of homes for major commercial clients, property developers, housing associations, and local authorities.

Role Description/Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Buying Administrator to enhance our procurement processes. In this role, you will:

- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.

- Follow up on orders that have not arrived on time or to the given specifications.

- Undertake administrative duties to support the team.

- Process purchase orders.

- Checking invoices that relate to material purchases and chasing any shortfalls.

The above list of job duties is not exhaustive and may require you to undertake other tasks within the scope of the role.

Experience/Skills Required

- Strong IT skills

- Excellent administrative skills

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Able to work under pressure

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good at prioritising tasks to maximise efficiency and productivity

- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written

- Proactive in decision-making with keen troubleshooting skills

Job Type: Full time, Permanent.

Experience: Administrative/Office experience (Preferred but not essential)
