The Impact You'll Make

As a Hotel Bistro Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face and attentive presence that transforms a guest’s visit into a memorable occasion. Whether you’re serving a perfectly brewed morning coffee, recommending the chef’s special, or ensuring every table is set to perfection, your role is central to the guest experience. You’ll help create a space where visitors feel valued, relaxed, and eager to return.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations and upselling specials with confidence.
Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area, including resetting tables efficiently between guests.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and clear communication.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately using our POS system.
Support bistro events, seasonal menus, and special promotions.
Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or café service is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player mindset with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards.
