Full job description

Job Description

Working within our busy Purchasing Department you will be assisting in the day to day administration for our entire product range of motorcycle and bicycle accessories.

The ideal candidate should be well organised with excellent communications skills and to be able to work on their own initiative and possesses good attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Placing new Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers with current Orders

· Updating supplier and product details within our ERP System

· Updating shipping and delivery schedules

· Administration of deliveries and stock movements on our accounting system

· Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples to and from suppliers via various couriers

· Organisation of supplier and customs paperwork

Skills and Organisation:

· Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail

· Have a proven ability of working to deadlines in an efficient manner

· Able to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues throughout the business

· A flexible approach to tasks and adaptable to change

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word and Excel)

Salary and Benefits: -

· The position is offered on a Full Time Basis Monday to Thursday 8.00 to 5.15 pm and Friday 8.00 to 2.00pm

· Salary according to experience

· 28 Days Holiday per annum including Bank Holidays

· Closed over the Christmas Period (not deducted from annual leave)
