Assistant Manager — Country Pub near Witney
- £35,000 per year, plus great tips
- 3 days off every week, including every Sunday
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- EPOS experience preferred
- Cellar management know-how preferred

Duties
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant & bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to optimise team performance.
- Manage customer service interactions, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the establishment.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or pub setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures, including serving, Epos systems, cellar management and barista experience is advantageous.
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
