Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of merchandising, stock management, and customer service standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to local market trends, boosting overall store performance.
Oversee team scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours while maintaining efficient time management.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and customer interaction to enhance the shopping experience.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with merchandising displays, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases and team members.
Proven management experience with a background in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide others toward shared goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instructions and effective team coordination.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings.
Experience in retail management, sales management, or related supervisory roles is highly preferred.
